Dear Jacob Rees-Mogg,

I was most impressed to see, in a recent photo article in the press, that you were holding what appears to be a new publication concerning the ministerial position you have recently been appointed to. Sadly I haven’t been able to find a copy of this publication on general sale, nor does it appear to be listed in the House of Commons library, unless I am missing something. The publication appears to be entitled “The Benefits of Brexit”.

I would be more than grateful, even though I am not one of your highly-valued constituents, if you could arrange for a copy to be sent to me, as I am sure it will be a marvellous talking point in my household. We have been looking for these benefits, both within the United Kingdom, Scotland and in the European Union, for quite some time without any form of success. Clearly your own deep and concentrated research has come up with many, many advantages hidden from the view of the rabble, and those who have not been present at their desks during working hours or beyond.

In the event that there are costs involved, I am more than happy to refund you the price of a second class international postage stamp, and a C6 envelope, both of which should be more than adequate to cover the weighty contents of your publication.

Yours sincerely
